Refund Policy

At Taily Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right. Please review our refund policy below to understand how and when refunds are issued.


1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only offered in the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged item
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order was lost in transit and never delivered
  • You returned the item as per our Return Policy and it was approved

We do not provide refunds for products returned without prior approval, or for reasons such as "change of mind" after delivery.


2. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at Support@tailystore.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your Order ID, reason for refund, and photo/video evidence if applicable.
  3. Our support team will verify your claim and respond within 24–48 hours.
  4. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

3. Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved:

  • Credit card / UPI / net banking payments: Refunded within 5–7 business days
  • COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer or wallet within 7–10 business days after we collect your bank details

Note: Refund times may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items returned in used or incomplete condition
  • Late return requests (after 7 days of delivery)
  • Products with minor packaging damage but fully functional

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Item damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
  • Returned product is missing parts or original packaging
  • Orders where return/refund request was not raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Clearance sale or final sale items

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. If you've done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at Support@tailystore.com.

7. Cancellations & Prepaid Refunds

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Canceled prepaid orders will be refunded in full to your original payment method.
