1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- The item is unused, in original condition and packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
We do not accept returns for items that are used, washed, or damaged due to customer mishandling.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Personal care or hygiene items (e.g., trimmers, massagers, etc.)
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Digital/downloadable products
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Email us at Support@tailystore.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order ID, clear photos of the product, and reason for return.
- Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and address.
Please do not send the item back before receiving approval from our support team.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will bear the return shipping cost.
- For all other return reasons (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return.
5. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your returned item:
- It will be inspected for condition and completeness.
- You will receive a notification regarding approval or rejection.
- If approved, you can choose a replacement or refund (subject to our Refund Policy).
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. If you need an exchange, email us at Support@tailystore.com with your order ID and issue description.
